Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground and orders will typically ship within 24 hours. We offer free shipping on any orders over $100 to anywhere in the Continental US. International orders are shipped UPS Express (please contact us for international shipping charges).
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We accept returns on regularly priced goods when accompanied by a Fins & Feathers receipt, refunds are issued to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Please call or send us an e-mail in the event that you wish make a return. All purchases of sale and discontinued items are final, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We will contact our customers in the event that we cannot fill an order due to stock issues within 24 hours. At that time, the customer can have us cancel the order or leave the order on backorder status until we are able to fill the order.
